I’ve been responding to the platform constraints of Rodeo through a collection of 26 pieces capturing its dynamics, each minted with unique imagery (below left). Upon discovering that tokens could be updated to point to new images, the originals were replaced with visuals representing the evolution of the collection itself, forming a 3x9 grid that tells the story of an expanding network (below right). Now, the 27th token will determine the permanent state of the first 26. If it alone surpasses 159,300 editions—the total collected across the first 26 (a very lofty goal)—the network becomes the permanent artwork. If not, each piece will revert to its original form.
